APIXIS.DEV LLC runs Pinixis. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, to create your account and send order updates.
• Build details and files you upload, and your delivery name, address and phone number.
• For sellers: shop name and country. Identity and bank details go directly to Stripe, not to us.
• Payment confirmations from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we share it with

• Our manufacturing partner in China receives your build details, files and delivery address so they can quote, build and ship your machine.
• Marketplace sellers receive your name and shipping address for orders you place with them.
• Service providers who run the site for us: Supabase (accounts and data), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and Anthropic (translating build details for the factory).
• Apixis, for sellers who receive an Apixis avatar and wallet.

We don't sell your personal information or show ads.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing support@pinixis.com. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting laws require.
