Refund policy

Custom builds

• Quotes are free. You can walk away any time before paying the deposit.
• The 30% deposit is non-refundable once paid, because work and materials for your one-of-a-kind machine begin right away.
• If we can't build your machine as quoted, we'll refund everything you've paid.
• If your machine arrives damaged or doesn't match the agreed spec, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll repair, replace parts, or refund as appropriate.

Marketplace purchases

• Marketplace items are sold by independent sellers. Contact us first and we'll work it out with the seller.
• If an item never arrives or is significantly different from its listing, report it within 14 days of the expected delivery date and you'll receive a refund.

How to ask for help

Email support@pinixis.com with your order number (it starts with PNX- for custom builds) and photos if something is damaged.
