For factories
中文This page is for factories looking at Pinixis. It is public: no account and no login. It answers where the website and 3D designer are, what a customer blueprint looks like, where Pinixis is today, and how quoting and payment work on the factory side.
Website and 3D designer
The 3D designer is the studio on the Pinixis home page. A customer designs an upright cabinet, a bartop or a pinball machine there (size in centimetres, finish, players, controls and lights), then sends a build request.

Sample customer blueprints
An order email to the factory includes an Open blueprint link. That page needs no login. It shows the design from the 3D designer: front, side and top views, size in centimetres, parts and materials, colors, artwork files, quantity, and a Download PDF button (print or save as PDF from the browser). The three samples below were made in that designer and opened with that same blueprint page. Every one is fictional.
- Harbor Bell is a two-player upright, racing cream, 192 × 78 × 86 cm.
- Mint Counter is a one-player bartop, matte black, 64 × 52 × 42 cm.
- Copper Comet is a pinball machine, brushed metal, 168 × 66 × 155 cm.
- Harbor Bell upright
192 × 78 × 86 cm · racing cream · quantity 1
- Mint Counter bartop
64 × 52 × 42 cm · matte black · quantity 4
- Copper Comet pinball
168 × 66 × 155 cm · brushed metal · quantity 1
The 3D designer builds an upright cabinet, a bartop and a pinball machine. A cocktail table can be named on the build form, and the designer does not draw a cocktail model, so there is no cocktail blueprint from the studio. Each sample is labeled Sample, not a real order.
Where Pinixis is today
Pinixis is in supplier onboarding and launch. The website and the 3D designer are live, and we are onboarding factories now, ahead of taking customer orders.
Checked on 7 October 2026: the live database had no customer build requests, quotes, build payments, factory payments, marketplace orders or listings. Customer orders are not being processed.
Quote, deposit and final payment
This is the factory side of a custom order.
- 1
You receive an order email with an Open blueprint link. No login is required.
- 2
Reply to that email with two things: your price in US dollars, delivered to the customer's door, and your lead time in days.
- 3
Pinixis adds its own margin. The customer sees that price. Your reply is the price for the machine delivered to their door.
- 4
The customer pays Pinixis a 30% deposit.
- 5
Pinixis then pays the factory a deposit by international bank transfer (T/T) to start production. The factory deposit is a deposit agreed per order.
- 6
You send photos when the machine is finished.
- 7
Pinixis pays the balance by bank transfer (T/T).
- 8
You ship the finished machine directly to the customer and send the tracking number.
There is no fee to join and no fee to receive an order.
Factories may also list ready stock on the marketplace. Customers browse it at /marketplace. A signed-in seller posts a listing from /sell. Marketplace sales are separate from custom orders: Pinixis keeps 5% of each marketplace sale.
